In this 30-minute core yoga class, we will be incorporating the yoga wheel to enhance our practice. The yoga wheel will help to deepen stretches, challenge balance, and engage the core muscles. We will begin with a brief warm-up and then move into a series of yoga poses specifically designed to strengthen and tone the core. Throughout the class, we will focus on breath, alignment, and mindfulness to help us connect with our bodies and find peace in the present moment. This class is suitable for all levels, but some prior yoga experience is recommended. Come prepared to work hard and leave feeling strong and centered.
