In this class, we will focus primarily on core work, arm balances, and inversions, using the yoga wheel as a prop to deepen our poses and increase our flexibility. Samantha will guide you through a series of challenging and dynamic sequences, helping you build the strength and stability you need to master more advanced poses. We'll work on developing your core strength, which is essential for maintaining proper alignment and balance in your yoga practice.
