Welcome to our 20-minute yoga wheel class, perfect for beginners who are looking to improve their flexibility, build strength, and deepen their yoga practice. In this class, we will use the yoga wheel as a prop to help you achieve a deeper stretch and to strengthen your muscles. Samantha will guide you through a series of gentle stretches, using the yoga wheel to support your body and to help you release tension in your muscles. We'll also work on building strength in your core, arms, and legs, using the yoga wheel to provide resistance and support.
