Samantha Sin

ERYT500. Upon graduation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and equipped with Bachelor of Nursing, Samantha founded her first yoga studio to begin this journey. 


With knowledge of the human body, she was able to break down each pose straight to the basics.

She offers a progressive approach to Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and her inspirational classes are a dynamic combination of breath-inspired movement and creative, yet balanced and intelligent sequencing.

Faris Chan

Faris finished her 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course in 2015 and 300 Hours Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in June 2017. Since completing her first training in summer 2015, she has spent the past years practicing everyday and perfecting her skills and techniques. 


She is passionate about sharing her love of Yoga and teach with an authentic and fun approach and am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels.

Enrica Ng

It was the feeling after each practice that urged Enrica to return on the mat.  Experiencing the benefits of practicing yoga herself, Enrica wants to share such experience with more people.  As time pass, she felt the connection within herself as well as noticing how yoga has transformed her.

Her powerful combination of knowledge, compassion, creativity and challenge will fuel your journey toward self-discovery and offer you a hefty dose of love along the way. 

June Ma

June is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Previously a flight attendance of a renowned airline. she finds it a challenge to stay still, and is constantly on the lookout for new challenges, as she enjoys the adrenaline rush that comes with being out of the comfort zone.

June teaches Dharma wheel, hatha, yin yoga and relaxing stretch. Her classes are fun and mostly light hearted. 

Shereese Tsang

With her passion to explore, Shereese continued her study of anatomy and pranayama after she did her first 200-hour teacher training, and attained 500-hour level in last year. 


In her classes you can find her balanced approach, clean instruction on alignment and muscles group, build awareness through breath, and provide options for different levels. To her, yoga practice is positively life changing, not only the physical body, but also the mind, how you see things and perceive from the outer world.

Agnes Chan

Agnes is a true believer in uniting each and every mind, body and soul with its corresponding practice of yoga. Whether Yin or Yang, Gentle Flow or Power Yoga, Agnes has made it her quest to connect you with your most well suited styles of yoga. 


Since becoming a certified instructor, she has devoted herself to this undertaking, believing the gift of yoga should be shared with all walks of life. 

Crystal Lam

Crystal joined her first ever yoga class which completely changed her perception of yoga. She felt energetic and powerful after the class and would like to spread the message to people that yoga is more than just stretching and being flexible. Yoga is actually suitable for everyone regardless of our age, gender and body structure and Crystal would like to explore with her students to find out what they can achieve from yoga on the physical level and ultimately bringing happiness to her students through her teaching.


Crystal completed her first 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training course in 2016 and 200-hour universal yoga teacher training with Andrey Lappa in 2018. 


Rency begins practising yoga since 2010. At first she was only looking for stretching and hoping for some relaxing moment from the busy work life. However she then found her inner peaceful and happiness during the practice. She completed her 200-hour teaching training in 2017 in Thailand. The Training program bought her to the yoga world and she enjoys sharing her yoga a lot. In order to keep exploring her yoga journey, she went for the 300-hour teacher training with Beyond Bryce Yoga.

In her classes, you will find challenges as well as fun. Rency hopes her classes can help students to calm their mind, to feel energized and to find their true happiness. Wear your smile after the practice =) (Instagram: @yoga_renc) 

Otilia Chan

Otilia is a yogi and also a dancer. She has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits. 

She is honored to teach yoga, helping to bring balance, awareness, health, and happiness into other's lives.

Otilia finished her 200 hour teacher training course and finished aerial yoga teacher training in the same year.


Otilia's classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment

Erica Tam

Erica has been practising yoga since 2015 and she finished her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at One Yoga. She is keen on exploring different yoga styles, ranging from healing classes like relaxing stretch, to dynamic classes like Vinyasa Flow. She believes that yoga is graceful and meditating practice to keep the body and the mind healthy and blissful.

In her classes, every asana would have various options available so it's always yogis' choice to challenge themselves or to enjoy the class in a relaxing manner.

Joanne Wu

Joanne has always been very active since she was a kid. She was introduced to Vinyasa as an new workout style in 2013 and has fallen in love with the diversity and benefits of Yoga. She completed her 200 hours Teacher Training and Antigravity Teacher Training.

Joanne believes that Yoga is more than practice, it is also a tool for empowerment, to connect our mind, body and surroundings from within. In her class, you will find challenges, balance in your body, joy, release, and most importantly your energy refilled.

Denise Law

Denise first took her yoga class in the beginning of University, with more curiosity to explore the meaning of yoga, she completed 200-hr RYTT at Anahata Yoga in 2015. She believes yoga is the practice of self love, awareness and striking a balance between daily activities. Previously being full time in marketing & PR, yoga helps her slow down from the fast paced lifestyle and most importantly the joy of being able to share her knowledge in the studio. Through asanas and breathing, you will find a moment to connect with yourself in class with Denise.
